About the Role

We are looking for a confident and proactive Telecaller to connect with potential customers, understand their requirements,

explain construction-related products and services, and ensure regular follow-ups with interested leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.

• Understand customer requirements and explain construction materials and services.

• Follow up regularly with interested leads and potential customers.

• Generate and qualify leads through calling.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and follow-up status.

• Coordinate qualified leads and customer requirements with the Sales team.

• Handle basic customer queries and maintain positive customer relationships.

• Support the team in achieving lead generation and sales objectives.

Preferred Profile

Candidates with experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Service, Lead Generation or Sales Support will be

preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
