As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will act as the first point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring a seamless and personalized customer experience. The role involves proactively connecting with potential and existing customers, understanding their requirements, providing relevant guidance on our services, and assisting them in making informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to engage with prospective and existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication.
- Provide guidance and recommendations regarding services, offers, and appointments.
- Schedule and manage client appointments efficiently.
- Coordinate closely with the Marketing Team to support campaigns, lead management, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on inquiries to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Act as a customer advisor, ensuring a premium and personalized experience throughout the customer journey.
