We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to join our team at Net Star Infotech. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹13,000 - ₹20,000 and opportunities for growth.
Role And Responsibility
• Listen to customers' questions and concerns and provide answers or responses.
• Provide information about products and services.
• Take orders, calculate charges, and process billing or payments.
• Review customer accounts and make changes, if necessary.
• Handle returns or complaints.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th or Graduate and 0 - 6 months of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift
