Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company products/services clearly and confidently.
Follow up with interested customers to complete account opening formalities.
Assist customers in opening accounts as per company process.
Guide customers through documentation and verification requirements.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer details.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Handle basic customer queries and escalate issues when required.
Provide timely updates and support to customers during the onboarding process.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and account opening targets.
Handle a high volume of accounts efficiently.
Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and account status.
Update CRM or tracking sheets regularly.
Maintain call logs and account opening reports.
Share daily activity and progress reports with the team lead.
Graduate or equivalent qualification.
Fresher candidates are welcome.
Good communication skills in English and local language.
Basic knowledge of computers (MS Excel, email, CRM tools).
Ability to handle pressure and work with targets.
Customer-focused and positive attitude.
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
