Katha Rama Films is a creative production house specializing in films, commercials, music videos, corporate videos, short-form content, and digital campaigns. We are looking for a talented and passionate Video Editor to join our in-house team and contribute to creating impactful visual content.

Job Description

As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining long-term client relationships, handling customer queries, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.

Provide accurate and knowledgeable answers regarding products, pricing, and availability.

Maintain and update customer database/records in the CRM system.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Handle and resolve customer complaints/queries related to brand, e-commerce, or shoots effectively.

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, and production) to fulfill customer needs.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Graduate in any discipline.

Experience: 1 – 4 years in customer service / client servicing / sales support.

Strong communication skills (English & Hindi).

Excellent problem-solving ability and customer-centric mindset.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools is an added advantage.

Job Details

Working Days: Tuesday – Sunday (Monday Off)

Shift: Day Shift

Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000/month + Incentives (₹1,000 – ₹5,000 based on performance)
