Graduation mandatory
Experience in automobile dealership preferred

Experience in telecalling / customer calling preferred
The CRE will be responsible for handling customer communication through calls, ensuring timely follow-ups, service reminders, and collecting customer feedback. The role plays a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting sales and service operations.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Follow up on sales leads, service due reminders, and inquiries
Collect customer feedback after sales and service
Coordinate with sales and service teams for customer requirements
Update customer details, call status, and remarks in CRM/DMS
Handle customer queries and escalate issues when required
Maintain call quality, accuracy, and follow-up timelines
Support customer retention and repeat business activities
Good communication skills in Hindi, English & Punjabi
Strong customer handling and follow-up abilities
Basic computer knowledge (CRM/DMS preferred)
Polite, patient, and service-oriented attitude
