About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Customer Relationship Associate who will be responsible for managing communication with existing and potential customers, coordinating their requirements internally, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from enquiry to order completion.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and follow-up skills, be comfortable speaking with B2B clients, and be able to coordinate effectively with sales, production, dispatch, and accounts teams.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.

Understand customer requirements and maintain accurate records of all discussions.

Regularly follow up with leads, existing clients, and customers regarding samples, quotations, orders, and payments.

Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers.

Coordinate with the sales, production, R&D, packaging, and dispatch teams for timely execution of customer orders.

Keep customers updated about their order status and expected timelines.

Follow up with customers after sample delivery and collect feedback.

Assist in converting enquiries and samples into confirmed orders.

Handle basic customer concerns and coordinate internally for quick resolution.

Maintain and regularly update customer data, follow-up status, and order details in CRM or Excel.

Identify opportunities for repeat orders, cross-selling, and upselling.

Reconnect with inactive customers and generate repeat business.

Share daily and weekly reports on follow-ups, customer feedback, pending requirements, and conversions.

Skills Required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.

Strong customer handling and relationship-building abilities.

Excellent follow-up and coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of Excel, email, WhatsApp Business, and CRM systems.

Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks simultaneously.

Professional, patient, organised, and solution-oriented approach.

Experience in B2B sales coordination, customer service, or food manufacturing will be an advantage.

Preferred Experience

Experience: 1–3 years in Customer Relationship Management, Customer Service, Sales Coordination, or Tele-sales.

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
