We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to join our team at Client Of Sarvajith Infotech. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹15,000 - ₹28,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:Tele Sales. Handling Inbound & Outbound calls
Making Follow-up calls & Fixing appointments
Outbound Calling on Data collected through lead generation activities
Handling the customer queries
Keep records of call
• Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
• Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Desired Candidate Profile
• Experience - Minimum of 2 Years
• Functional Area - Customer Success, Service & Operations
• Employment Type Full Time, Permanent
• Education: Any Graduate
• Languages:- English & Tamil (Mandatory), Knowledge of Hindi, Telugu – Carries weightage
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 4 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
