Job Title: Telesales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their needs, promoting our products or services, and converting leads into sales. Strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Explain products and services clearly and address customer queries.

• Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales.

• Follow up with potential customers to close sales opportunities.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

• Handle customer objections professionally and effectively.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or graduate in any discipline (preferred).

• 0-6 months of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
