Job Title: Telesales Executive / Customer Support Executive (CSE)

💼 Job Overview

We are hiring telesales executives / CSEs for a leading BPO company. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

🧾 Key Responsibilities

For Telesales:

Outbound calling to potential customers

Product/services explanation and aur sales closing

Leads generate aur follow-up karna

Targets achieve karna

For CSE (Customer Support):

Inbound calls handled by karna

Customer queries resolve karna

Proper information or support dena

Customer satisfaction maintain Kar na

🎯 Requirements

Minimum Qualification: 12th pass / Graduate

Good communication skills (Hindi and basic English)

Fresher / Experience dono apply kar sakte hain

Basic computer knowledge

💰 Salary

CTC: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month (in-hand for freshers)

Experience: 22 to 27 month
