*Job Description: Senior Care Advisor*

*Location:* Mohali - Work From Office

*Timings:* 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM | *Working Days:* Monday to Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off)

*Salary:* ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month + Incentives

*Job Summary:*

We are looking for an empathetic and target-driven Senior Care Advisor to counsel families, understand their home care needs, and convert enquiries into long-term care services.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- *Client Counselling:* Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp & website leads for elderly care, caregiver and nursing services

- *Need Assessment:* Understand medical condition, care requirement, budget and family expectations

- *Solution Selling:* Recommend suitable care plans and explain service packages, pricing and terms

- *Sales Conversion:* Follow up regularly, negotiate, and close deals to achieve monthly targets

- *Coordination:* Work with Operations and HR team for timely deployment of caregivers/nurses

- *Relationship Management:* Build trust with families, provide regular updates and ensure client retention

- *CRM & Reporting:* Maintain lead status, calls, and conversion reports in CRM/Excel

*Requirements:*

- 1-4 years of experience in Counselling / Inside Sales / Healthcare Advisory / Customer Service

- Excellent communication and empathy - Hindi, English & Punjabi preferred

- Strong convincing, listening and negotiation skills

- Comfortable with sales targets and long calls with families

- Graduate in any discipline. Background in healthcare / insurance / senior care is a plus
