Customer Care Executive (Voice Process & Sales)

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or above

Freshers & Experienced (0–5 years) can apply

Mandatory Languages:

English + Tamil OR

English + Malayalam

Shift Timing:

General Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Rotational Shifts based on process requirements

Female Candidates: Morning Shifts

Male Candidates: Evening Shifts

6 Days Working (1 Rotational Off)

Salary Package (Take-Home):

English + Tamil: ₹15,000 – ₹18,500

English + Malayalam: ₹16,500 – ₹18,500

(Salary mentioned without ESI & PF)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls

Assist customers with queries and provide solutions

Upsell products/services when required

Maintain call quality and achieve targets

Skills Required:

Good communication skills

Basic computer knowledge

Customer handling and convincing skills

Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Work Mode:

Work from Office

Age Criteria:

18 – 30 Years
