We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives for Voice and Sales Processes. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, providing product/service information, and supporting sales activities while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
Experience: 0–3 Years
Age: 18–30 Years
Languages Required:
English (Good Communication Skills)
Hindi (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Generate sales and achieve assigned targets.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Update customer interactions and maintain records accurately.
Salary & Benefits
CTC: ₹23,000 per month
Take-Home Salary: ₹22,500 per month + Incentives
Training Period: 45 Days
Training Stipend: ₹15,000
