Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to insurance products and services.
Assist customers with policy information, renewals, payments, and claims.
Update and manage customer records accurately in the internal systems.
Provide professional and polite communication to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Meet daily and monthly targets for quality, productivity, and call handling.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: HSC / Undergraduate / Graduate (any stream)
Experience: Fresher to 6 months (BPO or customer service preferred)
Languages Required: English, Hindi, Marathi
Shift Timing: Day Shift (Office-based, Full-time)
