Job Summary

Cogent E-Services Limited is hiring Customer Care Executives for Voice and Sales Processes. This opportunity is ideal for freshers and experienced candidates who possess strong communication skills and are passionate about customer service and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

• Provide information about products and services.

• Resolve customer queries and concerns effectively.

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

• Promote company services and generate sales.

• Maintain customer satisfaction through excellent service.

• Achieve assigned sales and performance targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.

• Age between 18 and 30 years.

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Basic computer knowledge required.

• Knowledge of MS Excel preferred.

• Prior experience in Customer Support, Telecalling, Sales, or BPO is an advantage but not mandatory.
