We are hiring a Customer Service Executive to manage container bookings, coordinate logistics, and handle customer communication via phone and email.

Key Responsibilities

Calling: Confirm container availability and booking details with customers.
E-mailing: Send booking confirmations, freight quotes, and shipping documents.
Coordination: Liaise with shipping lines and yard operations for container release.
Tracking: Update customers on container status and schedule changes.
