1. Outbound Calling (Primary Work)

Call customers for:

Service reminders (periodic maintenance)

Insurance / AMC renewal

Free service due alerts

Follow up with inactive customers to bring them back to service centers

2. Appointment Booking

Schedule service appointments for customers

Coordinate with workshops of brands like Maruti Suzuki or Hyundai Motor Company

Ensure proper time-slot allocation

3. Customer Feedback Collection

Call customers after service to collect feedback

Record satisfaction levels (CSI score)

Escalate negative feedback to service managers

4. Complaint Handling (Basic Level)

Listen to customer issues patiently

Provide basic solutions or route to the service team

Maintain proper call records

5. Database Management

Update CRM with:

Call status

Customer responses

Follow-up schedules
