Job Opening – Customer Care Executive (Freshers & Experienced)

About the Role

Robust Net Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Freshers as well as Experienced Customer Care Executives to join our growing team. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a willingness to work in a night shift, we would love to hear from you.

Salary

- Freshers: ₹14,000 per month + Incentives

- Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹25,000 per month + Guaranteed Incentives (based on experience and interview performance)

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

- Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively.

- Provide accurate information and ensure high customer satisfaction.

- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.

- Meet daily and monthly performance targets.

- Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.

- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

- Prior experience in customer care, BPO, or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.

- Excellent communication skills in English (additional language skills are an advantage).

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Target-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Must be comfortable working in a mandatory night shift.
