We are looking for a Career Counsellor / Customer Care Executive to join our team at PTC Aviation Academy. The role involves handling student enquiries, counselling aspiring aviation candidates, maintaining accurate records in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems, and providing excellent customer support. With a collaborative work environment and clear growth opportunities, the position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on experience and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle walk-in, phone, and online enquiries from students and parents professionally
Counsel students about aviation courses, career paths, fees, and placement support
Maintain and organize physical and digital student records for easy access and follow-up
Coordinate with academic and placement teams to ensure smooth student onboarding
Verify data accuracy, correct errors, and identify irregularities promptly
Generate enquiry, follow-up, and admission reports for internal review
Ensure confidentiality of student and institutional information at all times
Provide courteous and timely customer support to enhance student satisfaction
Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma
Experience: 0–3 years in career counselling, customer care, education sales, or front-office roles (freshers with good communication skills may apply)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage
