Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to manage client interactions, resolve queries, and ensure a smooth customer experience in the real estate process. The candidate will act as a bridge between clients and the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally

• Address client queries related to properties, pricing, and services

• Maintain strong follow-up with leads and existing customers

• Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and closures

• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or Excel

• Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner

• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction

• Build long-term relationships with clients

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer care/telecalling (real estate preferred)

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English

• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)

• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in real estate or customer support role

• Good listening and convincing ability
