About the Role
At Master’s Garage, we pride ourselves on delivering concierge-level service to owners of high-end, luxury vehicles. We are looking for a sophisticated and persuasive Customer Care Executive who understands that luxury service isn't just about fixing a car—it’s about managing a relationship.
You will be the primary point of contact for our elite clientele, ensuring their experience is seamless, transparent, and premium.
Key Responsibilities
• Client Relationship Management: Act as the face of Master’s Garage, handling inquiries, bookings, and service updates with high professional etiquette.
• Sales & Persuasion: Use your deep knowledge of the automobile industry to explain complex repairs and convince clients of the value of premium parts and preventive maintenance.
• Service Coordination: Translate technical mechanical issues into "customer-friendly" language while maintaining the prestige of our brand.
• Data Management: Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, service histories, and feedback using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Complaint Resolution: Handle high-pressure situations and demanding clients with grace, turning potential negatives into long-term loyalty.
• Reporting: Generate weekly performance reports and customer satisfaction (CSAT) summaries for the management team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in the Automobile Industry (experience in luxury brands like Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, or Jaguar Land Rover is a major plus).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to hold sophisticated conversations with HNI (High Net-worth Individual) clients.
• Convincing Power: Proven ability to upsell services and handle objections effectively.
Technical Literacy: Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas).
• Comfortable with Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive, Forms).
• Education: Graduate in any stream (Automobile Engineering or Business Management background preferred).
