Job Title: E-commerce Onboarding Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic E-commerce Onboarding Executive with prior experience in the e-commerce industry. The ideal candidate should be familiar with basic e-commerce terms and jargon and be comfortable interacting with sellers over calls.

Key Responsibilities:

Connect with sellers through outbound/inbound calls.

Explain company services clearly and professionally to sellers.

Guide sellers through the complete onboarding process.

Collect and verify all required seller documents.

Ensure smooth and timely seller onboarding.

Build strong relationships with sellers and provide basic support.

Maintain and update seller data using Excel and Google Sheets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Prior experience in the e-commerce industry is mandatory.

Knowledge of basic e-commerce terms and processes.

Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).

Comfortable with calling and seller interactions.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Ability to explain services clearly and confidently.

Salary & Benefits:

Total Salary: ₹16,000 per month

Fixed Salary: ₹8,000

Incentives: ₹8,000 (performance-based)

Location - Awadhpuri ,bhopal

Type- Work From Office

Experience:

1–2 years (E-commerce experience preferred)
