Job Description:
IBI Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Tele Caller / Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building strong customer relationships, and driving business growth through effective communication and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls and other channels
Contact potential customers and explain products/services clearly
Present, promote, and sell company products/services effectively
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
Conduct basic market research to identify trends and customer preferences
Negotiate deals and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities
Follow up with clients to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term relationships
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Good communication skills (Hindi / English / Regional language)
Convincing and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
Ability to work with targets
Freshers are welcome (Training will be provided)
Prior experience in telecalling or sales is a plus
