Hydro Car Shine is looking for a confident, responsible, and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries, follow-ups, complaints, bookings, and after-sales support. The candidate should have good communication skills and be comfortable handling customers over phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.

• Respond to customer queries through WhatsApp, phone calls, and other channels.

• Manage customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

• Follow up with customers regarding bookings, services, orders, and payments.

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with the sales and service teams to resolve customer issues.

• Take feedback from customers and maintain good customer relationships.

• Inform customers about company services, offers, packages, and promotions.

• Ensure timely follow-up with potential and existing customers.

• Maintain a professional and positive attitude while dealing with customers.

• Escalate important or unresolved issues to the concerned senior/team member.

• Achieve assigned customer follow-up and conversion targets.

Required Skills

• Good Hindi and English communication skills.

• Confident and polite personality.

• Good telephone etiquette.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, and CRM will be an advantage.

• Good follow-up and convincing skills.

• Ability to handle customer complaints calmly.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
