Job Summary

Al Ameera Apparel is looking for a friendly, customer-focused, and professional Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, and ensuring an excellent customer experience through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and order status.

• Process customer orders and update order details in the system.

• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.

• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order dispatch.

• Follow up with customers regarding deliveries and service requests.

• Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

• Meet daily productivity and service quality targets.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support.

Eligibility

• Any Graduate

• Freshers and Experienced Candidates are welcome to apply.

• Basic Computer Knowledge.

• Good communication skills in Tamil (Basic English is an added advantage).

• Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.

• Language Requirement Kannada proficiency is mandatory.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
