Sales & Telecalling Executive / Customer Representative

Location: Mulund, Mumbai

Salary Range: ₹1,50,000 to ₹420000 per annum

Job Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Lead Generation: Proactively connect with potential customers to understand their needs and convert leads into business opportunities.

• Telecalling: Handle outbound and inbound calls to provide information about our products and services.

• Customer Support: Resolve client inquiries, provide after-sales assistance, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Database Management: Update and maintain accurate customer details and follow-up status in the CRM.

• Team Coordination: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Key Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in any field is an advantage.

• Experience: 1-2 years in telecalling, customer service, or sales roles; freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

• Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

• Proficiency in using CRM software is an added advantage.

• Attitude: Target-driven, energetic, and customer-focused with a positive mindset.
