Job Title: Telecaller Executive – Credit Card Sales

Salary: ₹[10000] – ₹[15000] per month + Incentives

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers for credit card sales.

• Explain credit card features, benefits, fees, eligibility, and offers clearly to customers.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable credit card products.

• Generate leads and convert them into successful credit card applications.

• Follow up with interested customers and assist them throughout the application process.

• Maintain accurate customer and call records.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Coordinate with the verification and processing teams for application completion.

• Maintain professional communication and good customer relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with customers.

• Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude.

• Basic knowledge of smartphones/computers.

• Freshers are welcome; experience in telecalling, banking, insurance, loans, or credit card sales is an advantage.
