Assist students with university applications, documentation, scholarships, and admission requirements.

Coordinate with universities and admission teams to track applications and secure admission offers.

Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students and convert leads into successful admissions.

Guide students regarding application fees, education loans, visa documentation, and pre-departure requirements.

Maintain accurate student records and application updates in CRM and the mobile application.

Meet daily calling, ACS, Agent Tagging, and admission conversion targets.

Resolve student queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.

Follow company SOPs, confidentiality guidelines, and data-security policies.
