Job Positions: Telecaller | Visa Counsellor | Visa Filing Executive

We are looking for motivated and dedicated candidates to join our team at B2B Abroad Expert. The available roles involve communicating with clients, providing visa and immigration guidance, managing visa documentation, and supporting daily office operations.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹50,000 per month, depending on the role, skills, and experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Telecaller

• Contact potential clients and explain our visa and immigration services.

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.

• Follow up with leads and schedule client appointments.

• Maintain client details and call records.

2. Visa Counsellor

• Counsel clients regarding visa options and immigration services.

• Explain eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and application procedures.

• Follow up with clients and assist them throughout the process.

• Maintain professional relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

3. Visa Filing Executive

• Prepare, organize, and verify visa application documents.

• Check application forms and supporting documents for accuracy.

• Maintain digital and physical client records.

• Coordinate with clients for missing documents and application updates.

• Handle confidential client information responsibly.

Job Requirements

• Qualification: Below 10th pass and above candidates may apply, depending on the role and suitability.

• Experience: 0–3 years; freshers are welcome.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Basic computer knowledge and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

• A willingness to learn and grow in the visa and immigration industry.
