
Responsibilities:
Sales Training: Our Sales Training is focussed on the Domain Knowledge Training and deep Learning.
1. Plan, coordinate and execute complete Training programs for TeleSales Team Members.
2. Conduct interactive training sessions covering our services, online product, sales processes, work policies and workplace etiquettes.
3. Instill proactiveness, dynamism and a positive attitude in trainees from day one.
4. Ensure telesales trainees by-heart and master the sales script, rebuttals, terminologies and sales systems within 6 days of joining.
5. Ensure each telesales trainee follows the Training Schedule for effective learning, completing subject training within 6 Days of joining.
6. Conduct mock sales calls upto the 7th day of joining to certify trainees for On-Job Coaching.
7. Track individual performance post-training based on Key Performance Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KRIs).
2. On-Job-Coaching: Our On-Job-Coaching is focussed on One-To-One Practical Coaching as ‘How to Effectively Do Sales of our Online Product and Services’.
1. Monitor and provide Individual Coaching to ensure adherence to sales scripts as per
call flow, rebuttals, floor protocols and work ethics.
2. Initiate individual coaching for each trainee within 30 Days of joining to achieve specific Sales Targets for telesales agents.
3. Coach Sales Skills such as active listening, voice modulation, probing, objection
handling and closing techniques.
4. Support telesales trainees in the best levels in achieving their individual Sales Targets for first 30 Days, during the On-Job Training period.
5. Adhere to the Coaching Schedule & Periodic Assessments and work one-on-one with certified trainees to develop their sales skills.
6. Develop Individual Coaching plans and implement them from the 7th to the 15th Day of joining for Telesales Executives.
7. From the 15th to the 21st Day of joining, ensure rigorous back-to-back Quality Call making following call quality and quantity parameters.
