Cluster Manager – Vijayawada

GO DESi | KIOSK VERTICAL | Reports to: Business Head

Preferred location : Benz Circle , MG Road , Labbipet , Suryaraopet

Role Purpose:

Drive revenue, footfall, and operational excellence across 5–6 GO DESi kiosks in Vijayawada, owning full P&L responsibility for the cluster.

Key Responsibilities:

Own monthly/quarterly revenue targets across all assigned kiosks; drive footfall, conversion, and average ticket size

Monitor daily sales, stock, and cash reconciliation across kiosks; flag and resolve variances

Manage kiosk staff - hiring coordination, training, attendance, and performance

Ensure inventory planning and replenishment to avoid stockouts/overstocking

Drive local-market visibility: signage, sampling, tie-ups, and micro-marketing activations

Ensure kiosk hygiene, branding, and SOP compliance across the cluster

Report weekly performance dashboards (revenue, footfall, wastage, staff attendance) to Regional Sales Manager

Identify underperforming kiosks and drive corrective action plans

Requirements:

3–6 years in retail/QSR/FMCG cluster or area operations, with direct revenue ownership

Prior experience managing multiple outlets/kiosks simultaneously

Strong on ground presence - willing to travel across Vijayawada kiosk locations daily

Comfortable with basic P&L, Excel reporting, and POS systems

Local language fluency (Telugu) preferred; Vijayawada market familiarity a plus

Compensation:

Upto 35000 + performance-linked incentive on cluster revenue.
