About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Australian Visa Sales Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in international or Australian visa sales, with a deep understanding of visa processes, documentation requirements, and client relationship management. This role involves guiding clients through the visa application journey, providing accurate information, and converting leads into successful visa applications through professional consultation and proactive sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries related to Australian visas (Student, Visitor, Skilled, Partner, PR, etc.)

• Convert prospective leads into clients through strong sales and consultation skills

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Australian immigration laws, policies, and processes

• Build and manage relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Follow up with clients to ensure timely submission of documentation and payments

• Work closely with the documentation and processing team for smooth visa lodgment

• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in CRM systems
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in International visa sales

• Strong knowledge of visa categories and immigration procedures

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
