Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly driven, client-centric Business Development Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for end-to-end client management—hunting for new logo acquisitions, farming existing accounts for cross-selling opportunities, and maintaining healthy relationships across enterprise IT and telecom portfolios
Key Responsibilities:
New Customer Acquisition (Hunting): Identify and target prospective enterprise clients to generate high-quality leads and drive the sales pipeline from prospecting to closure. [1, 2]
Account Growth (Farming): Nurture existing client accounts by understanding their evolving Voice, Data, Cloud, and Cybersecurity needs, driving up-selling and cross-selling. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key decision-makers (CXOs, IT Heads), scheduling regular check-ins to ensure high satisfaction, address escalations, and secure contract renewals.
Lead Generation & Tracking: Update and maintain accurate CRM data, pipelines, and forecasting in databases/spreadsheets to ensure smooth sales operations.
Solution Positioning: Articulate the value proposition of modern telecom and cloud infrastructure solutions to solve client business challenges.
