Client Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Client Relationship Manager responsible for converting company-provided leads into successful business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and persuasion skills, the ability to understand client needs, and the confidence to effectively pitch products/services over calls. This role requires a proactive approach to lead conversion, relationship building, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to company-provided leads (existing and new) through outbound calls

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products/services

• Convert qualified leads into confirmed sales

• Deliver compelling and persuasive sales pitches over the phone

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

• Address client queries, concerns, and objections professionally

• Conduct timely follow-ups to maximize conversion rates

• Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and sales conversions in CRM systems

• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or client acquisition roles

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills
