🔸 Major Roles & Responsibilities (For Freshers)

Handling client inquiries and coordinating with customers professionally.

Assisting in documentation and verification processes.

Maintaining records, client details, and follow-up sheets.

Communicating updates to clients via calls, WhatsApp, or email.

Coordinating with the internal team for smooth workflow and timely task completion.

Scheduling client meetings and ensuring proper follow-up.

Learning and supporting daily operational activities of the Visa Desk.

Ensuring polite communication and maintaining a positive customer experience.

Completing assigned tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
