Center Sales Manager

Role Summary:
The Center Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, achieving revenue targets, managing customer relationships, and overseeing daily sales operations at the center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Lead and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.

• Generate and convert leads into enrollments/sales.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction.

• Monitor sales activities, prepare reports, and analyze performance metrics.

• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support business growth.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in education, healthcare, or service industries.

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Target-oriented with proven sales achievements.
