We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Career Counsellor for our organization PATHSHALAHUB, who can guide students towards the right MBA and PGDM programs. The ideal candidate will handle student queries, explain course details, and assist them throughout the admission process.

A Senior Counsellor / Teacher is also required who can deeply understand students’ needs, counsel them effectively, and help them choose the right career path.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and counsel them for MBA & PGDM admissions.

• Explain college details, courses, eligibility, and admission process clearly.

• Coordinate between the students and college for smooth communication.

• Follow up with interested students through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

• Conduct and schedule student interviews.

• Guide students through the entire admission process till enrollment.

• Maintain and update student records in CRM / database.

• Meet admission and conversion targets.

• For Senior Counsellor: Understand student goals, analyze their academic background, and provide personalized career guidance.
  

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and convincing skills (English & Hindi).

• Good understanding of MBA & PGDM courses and admission procedures.

• Positive attitude and student-friendly approach.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• For Senior Counsellor: Strong mentoring and counselling ability, with prior experience in education counselling or teaching.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.
