Hiring: Career Counsellor (NEET Counselling Team)

We are looking for a dedicated and student-focused Career Counsellor to join our NEET Counselling team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and assist students throughout the NEET counselling process.

• Manage student records, queries, and follow-ups.

• Conduct regular phone calls with students and parents.

• Provide accurate information regarding admissions, counselling rounds, and college options.

• Maintain strong relationships with students and ensure a smooth counselling experience.

• Coordinate with the internal team for student support and documentation.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confidence in handling phone calls and student interactions.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, etc.).

• Ability to manage multiple students and follow-ups efficiently.

• Experience in education counselling or tele-calling will be preferred.

Important Terms:

• This role is directly associated with the NEET counselling session.

• The selected candidate will be required to commit to the complete counselling cycle.

• A mandatory service bond of 5 months applies.

• Candidates cannot leave the organization during the active counselling session, as continuity is critical for student support and counselling operations.
