Key Responsibilities

- Call auditing: Objectively evaluate a target volume of recorded calls on a daily basis

against a structured scorecard covering script adherence, objection handling, disposition

accuracy, candidate experience, and compliance

- Disposition governance: Verify that telecallers are tagging calls with the correct

disposition codes and flag any incorrect tags or call notes

- Feedback loops: Pass on Centre Level and Agent-Level reports to the leadership at the

partner, as well as Vahan’s representatives managing the centre on a weekly basis

- Pattern identification: Identify and surface systemic issues across calling processes for

long term fixes

- Process improvement: Contribute to improvement of the scripts, training content,

disposition tags and overall QA framework basis consistent findings from audits
