Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and target-driven Call Center Executive to join our admissions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students and parents, providing information about our educational programs, and converting inquiries into admissions. The role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls to achieve enrollment goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to generate leads and drive admissions.
Respond to inbound inquiries received through phone, email, or other communication channels.
Provide detailed information about courses, programs, eligibility, and admission procedures.
Maintain and update the CRM/database with accurate lead information and call records.
Follow up on leads systematically and nurture prospects through the admission cycle.
Coordinate with the admissions and counseling teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
Handle student queries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Stay updated with the organization’s latest programs, policies, and offers to ensure accurate communication.
Participate in admission campaigns, webinars, and promotional activities when required.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both English and regional languages).
Strong sales and persuasion skills with a customer-first attitude.
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets consistently.
Good telephone etiquette and listening skills.
Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM or lead management software.
Positive attitude, patience, and the ability to work as part of a team.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Minimum HSC to Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in any discipline).
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in telecalling.
Experience in the education sector (schools, colleges, edtech, or training institutes) preferred.
Languages: Proficiency in English, Marathi and Hindi
Compensation:
· Rs. 15000/- to 20000/- Per Month
Work Schedule:
· 09:00 to 18:00
· 10:00 to 19:00
