We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive to generate leads, engage prospective customers, and convert inquiries into sales. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining products or services, and building strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about products/services.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
Schedule product demonstrations, meetings, or consultations when required.
Maintain and update customer records in CRM software.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Address customer questions and objections professionally.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates.
Prepare sales reports and provide feedback on customer interactions.
