Job Description

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
Book, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments with doctors
Coordinate with different departments for appointment availability
Maintain accurate patient records in CRM system
Provide information regarding hospital services, doctors, and timings
Follow up with patients for appointments, reports, and feedback
Manage patient queries, complaints, and escalate when required
Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and service quality
