Business Loan Sales

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Loan Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, approaching potential customers, understanding their financial requirements, and assisting them throughout the loan process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through calls, references, online sources, and other channels.

• Contact potential customers and understand their loan requirements.

• Explain suitable loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and required documentation.

• Convert leads into successful loan applications.

• Coordinate with customers for required documents and information.

• Follow up regularly with customers until the loan process is completed.

• Coordinate with the Credit/Operations team for application processing.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, applications, and disbursements.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

• Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely updates.

• Ensure proper follow-up on pending cases and documentation.

• Maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM is an advantage.

Eligibility:

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Experience in Loan Sales, Banking, NBFC, Fintech, or Financial Services will be an advantage.

• Number of leads generated.

• Customer follow-ups.

• Loan applications submitted.

• Approval/conversion ratio.

• Monthly disbursement.

• Achievement of assigned sales targets.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
