We're Hiring – Business Loan Advisor
Company: Affinity Management Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Janakpuri West, New Delhi
Key Responsibilities
Handle outbound and inbound customer calls regarding Business Loan inquiries.
Understand customers' financial requirements and recommend suitable Business Loan solutions.
Generate qualified leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
Follow up with prospective customers to ensure maximum conversions.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
6 Months–2 Years of experience in Business Loan Sales, Tele Sales, BPO, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
