Business Development Officer

Position: - Academic Counselor

Exp:- Min 1 year in hardcore B2C Sales preferably edtech sector Freshers can also apply

Age Limit - Maximum 31 years

Salary – upto 20000 per month depending upon experience and interview

Working - Wednesday to Monday

Fixed Week Off - Tuesday

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with prospective clients through various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.) mainly calls.

• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' educational goals and challenges.

• Provide personalized and tailored recommendations based on client requirements.

• Product Knowledge and Demonstration:

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services.

• Conduct live demonstrations and virtual tours to showcase the features and benefits of our solutions.

• Guide clients through the sales process, addressing inquiries and concerns along the way.

• Cultivate and nurture leads to build a robust sales pipeline.

• Effectively close deals by leveraging consultative selling techniques and objection handling.

• · Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• · Provide regular updates on sales activities and progress to the sales manager.

• · Maintain a daily calling time of 2.50hrs

• · Meet tight deadlines and targets

Qualifications:

• Must Be a Graduate

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a consultative approach to sales.

• Hardworking and Confident to meet targets
