Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Academic Counsellor to guide students and parents in choosing the right courses and learning programs. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, counselling, and sales skills with a target-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective students and parents through calls and other channels.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.
Counsel students regarding course benefits, fees, curriculum, and career opportunities.
Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up details in the CRM.
Achieve monthly sales and admission targets.
Build strong relationships with students and parents throughout the admission process.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in EdTech, Inside Sales, Academic Counselling, Admissions, or B2C Sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Comfortable working with sales targets and handling high-volume leads.
Graduation is preferred.
