Job Overview

Springfield Properties is looking for a Tele-Sales Associate/Executive to handle real-estate sales enquiries, generate interest through calls, qualify leads, and support the Sales team in converting prospects into site visits and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers and follow up on assigned leads.

• Handle inbound calls and enquiries from potential customers.

• Understand customer requirements such as budget, location and property preferences.

• Explain basic project details, amenities, location and other relevant property information.

• Generate and qualify leads through effective telephonic communication.

• Follow up with interested prospects and encourage them to schedule site visits.

• Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status in the CRM.

• Coordinate with the Sales team for qualified leads and scheduled site visits.

• Achieve assigned daily/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Required Skills

• Good verbal communication and convincing skills.

• Comfortable making cold calls and handling inbound/outbound calls.

• Strong follow-up skills.

• Customer-oriented and target-driven approach.

• Basic understanding of real-estate sales and property terminology.

• Ability to handle objections and maintain professional conversations.

• Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel/Google Sheets will be an advantage.

Eligibility

• Minimum 3 months to maximum 2 years of experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, Telecalling or Real Estate Sales.

• Candidates with prior real-estate telecalling/sales experience will be preferred.

• Freshers with at least 3 months of relevant calling/sales experience can also be considered

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
