To drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, expanding client relationships, and achieving revenue targets in the Pharma and Cosmetic product lines. The BDM will play a key role in promoting the company’s products, expanding market share, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
Generate leads, prepare proposals, and convert them into long-term business relationships.
Expand business with existing customers through cross-selling and up-selling.
Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Suggest new product ideas or modifications based on market demand and feedback.
Prepare periodic market intelligence reports for management review.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and key stakeholders.
Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of client issues.
Represent the company in client meetings, exhibitions, and trade events.
Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
Support product launches and provide technical or commercial presentations to clients.
Promote the company’s cosmetic and pharma product portfolio to new and existing markets.
Develop short-term and long-term business plans aligned with company goals.
Submit sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses regularly.
Track and report progress against defined KPIs and budgets.
Work closely with R&D, production, logistics, and finance departments for seamless order execution.
Provide market inputs for new product development and pricing strategies.
Ensure all client contracts, quotations, and business transactions comply with company policies.
Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, and agreements in CRM systems.
Strong knowledge of pharma and cosmetic markets, including product categories, formulations, and customer segments.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to develop strategic partnerships and close deals.
Analytical and result-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or Business Management.
MBA in Marketing / International Business (preferred).
