Role Overview
We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth in our real estate business. This role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our portfolio through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential/commercial real estate
Build and maintain relationships with developers, brokers, investors, and clients
Generate leads through networking, market research, and outreach
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, pricing, and competitor activity
Negotiate deals and close high-value transactions
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design campaigns and promotions
Manage client meetings, site visits, and presentations
Maintain a strong pipeline and meet revenue targets
Prepare reports, forecasts, and business plans
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience in real estate sales or business development
Strong network in the real estate industry (developers, channel partners, etc.)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Strong understanding of local real estate market dynamics
Preferred Skills
Experience with CRM tools
Knowledge of property laws and regulations
