Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling company-provided pre-qualified leads, explaining loan products, convincing customers, and closing loan sales successfully.
Key Responsibilities
Call on company-provided pre-qualified leads
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products
Explain loan features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to customers
Convince customers to proceed with loan applications
Handle the complete loan sales process from lead generation to closure
Conduct regular follow-ups with interested customers
Achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain customer data and follow-up records in CRM/software
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing
